Full Service Support (includes but not limited to)

  • Perinatal meeting to discuss your postpartum wishes with a visit of the home, approximately 2 hours

  • Practical, emotional, & informational support

  • Newborn/baby care basics

  • Lactation and bottle feeding assistance

  • Birth story retelling

  • Packages of 20, 32, or 52 hours with add-on options

  • Phone and email support for duration of contract

MOTHERS RETREAT

Mothering can be an arduous journey, leaving little room for self-discovery. Communing with others who are journeying in motherhood is essential. I invite you to attend the Reset and Connect Retreat - a weekend of coming home to yourself. Throughout the weekend, you will be offered a blend of soul-nurturing activities, including mindfulness exercises, heart-opening conversations, good food, and healing practices. Every moment will be crafted to uplift, inspire, and replenish your spirit.
